ARTISENSE ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

 

Artisense Corporation (hereafter Artisense) announces that the company has restructured the management team including the appointment of Daiu Ko (Board Director of Artisense and Chief Operating Officer of Kudan Inc. (hereafter Kudan)) as a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in place of Andrej Kulikov, former CEO and founder of Artisense. Christoph Bonik was appointed as a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Oleg Muratov as a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Prof. Dr. Daniel Cremers, Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and founder of Artisense is to maintain his current position and will continue to lead research and academic collaborations. By restructuring the management team, Artisense aims to further promote its growth from seed-stage to a commercially scalable business. Throughout the transition, the company’s operations, including all ongoing projects and partnerships remain the same.

Biography of the new management team

Daiu Ko (CEO): Daiu Ko is a Board Director of Artisense and COO of Kudan. At Kudan, Daiu has led the company’s growth to its IPO and investment/ M&A including Artisense. Daiu has over 10 years experience in the high tech and automotive industry, including engineering at Toyota, and consultancy at Mckinsey in many areas such as strategy, operations, and IT transformation projects.

Christoph Bonik (COO): Christoph Bonik is a Board Director and COO of Artisense. At Artisense, Christoph has supported the management team in fundraising before taking over responsibility for Business Development. Christoph has previously worked in strategy consulting and M&A, advising automotive and technology customers in Europe, the USA and Asia.

Oleg Muratov (CTO): Dr Oleg Muratov is CTO of Artisense. At Artisense, Oleg has been leading development of the core localization product. Previously Oleg has been working in SLAM area for over 7 years on applications ranging from AR/VR to autonomous vehicles.
